Aspiria maintains a strict NO REFUND POLICY for all services offered. This means that all payments made for our services including consultation fees, program fees, deposits, or any associated charges, are non-refundable under any circumstances, except where expressly stated in this Policy.

This includes situations such as change of mind, change in personal circumstances, withdrawal from services, visa refusal due to applicant-related reasons, delay or rejection by educational institutions, or failure to provide required documents on time. All fees paid to third parties (including universities, visa offices, exam bodies, courier services, etc.) are strictly non-refundable and outside our control.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional situations where Aspiria is unable to deliver the agreed services due to circumstances solely and directly attributable to us and beyond our reasonable control, We may, at Our sole and absolute discretion, provide:

• an alternative service of equivalent value,
• credit towards future services, or
• a partial refund.

Any such decision of Aspiria shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No refund or compensation shall be payable for delays, failures, or changes caused by force majeure events, governmental actions, immigration policy changes, or acts of third-party providers.

Payment Disputes

If You have concerns regarding payments made to Aspiria, You may raise a Payment Dispute in accordance with this Policy. However, where partial payments have been made for the agreed services, a dispute may only be initiated after the full payment is completed.

This applies even if you withdraw from or terminate our services before completion. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal in violation of this Policy will be treated as a breach of contract, entitling Us to recover all related costs, legal fees, and damages.

Changes to Services

Aspiria reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. In the event of permanent service discontinuation, We shall make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative. If this is not feasible, We may issue a partial refund, as deemed appropriate, at Our sole discretion.

The value of any such refund, if provided, shall be proportionate to the portion of services not delivered and shall exclude all third-party charges and administrative costs.

Full Payment Commitment

If You have made a partial payment for any of Our services, You remain legally bound to pay the entire agreed amount under the original agreement. Failure to complete payment may result in immediate termination of services and forfeiture of any payments already made. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 12% per annum and recover all legal and collection costs.

Refund Processing Prerequisite

In the rare and exceptional circumstances where a refund is approved under this Policy, such refund shall be processed only after You have fully complied with the requirement to submit all documents, records, and information as may be reasonably requested by the Company for the purpose of verifying Your eligibility and completing the refund process.

The Company shall have the sole right to determine whether the submitted documents are complete, accurate, and satisfactory. Failure to provide such documents within the prescribed timeframe shall result in forfeiture of any approved refund without further obligation on the part of the Company.

Changes to Refund Policy

Aspiria reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised Policy will take effect immediately upon posting on Our website. Your continued use of our services after such posting constitutes Your acceptance of the updated Policy.

It is Your sole responsibility to review the Refund Policy periodically on our website to stay informed of any updates or changes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Policy, including its interpretation, performance, or alleged breach, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction on the grounds of inconvenience or otherwise.
