The Academy of Hotel Management and Catering Industry is the oldest school of its kind in Poland. It was established by the Ministry of National Education in 1993. Its founder was Dr. Roman Dawid Tauber, a WSHiG professor. For 31 years the Academy has been providing high quality education using modern and proven methods in both full-time and part-time courses in the field of Tourism and Recreation. Practical profile allows to prepare specialists, who consciously plan their professional career path.
